Group Lead Volunteer

We’re Scouting for Talent!

We’re looking for someone to lead and support a team of amazing volunteers at one of our growing Scout Groups.

As a Group Lead Volunteer, you’ll manage and support the Scout Group and its Volunteers to ensure it runs effectively and that Scouting within the Group develops in accordance with the rules and policies of The Scout Association.

We’ll provide training and learning for the role and team you with a fellow Group Lead Volunteer to support you along the way.

You don’t need to have any Scouting experience, but you do need to have the ability to manage adults effectively.
